• Measurement Guidelines:
• For an **Inside Mount**, the minimum depth required for the window frame is 2.5 inches. Please provide the precise dimensions of the interior window or door frame.
• For an **Outside Mount**, measure the area you wish to cover from the left edge to the right edge and from the top edge to the bottom edge. Remember that the height measurement should account for any valance or cassette. We suggest adding an extra 2 to 6 inches to both the width and height in order to reduce light leakage.
• Custom production: Motorized blackout curtains are customized, Custom width is 20" to 97", and custom height is 20" to 116".you will see the "Customize Now" opting in the upper right corner. Then please follow the guide to place an order. Please choose the correct size, we will produce according to the size you choose. If there are other special sizes, you can contact us through here information.
• Important: Shade width including side brackets or valance edge (which takes up to 0.55'' on each side), so the actual fabric width is 1.05'' narrower, sometimes will let the light come in if the shade is Inside Install to the window frame. To solve the light leakage, we offer the shading slot on the Customize page.
• Service: the automatic shade is programmed well before shipping. You can use the remote to control it directly after installation. Please check the manual or contact us if you have any questions, we provide technical support. Each automated shade is made to order, we appreciate accurate measurements and careful color selection. Suggest buying 1 blind first before customizing blinds for the whole house.
